ONCE ANGEL TURNED DEMON

The dreadful night

I was awoken by the sound of bullet but was not yet sure of what was happening around me until I had loud screaming of pain and panic coming from down stairs.

I carefully got out of bed, tiptoeing slowly and silently to make sure I was not heard. All I had in mind at this point was my mom and dad, how were they doing, Gosh!!!!,,, when did this start....?,But why...? And who could it be..., I had so many questions running in my head.

I was now out of my bedroom and on the balcony of the second floor of the house. Down below were two dead bodies lieing next to each other, on the stairs was one of the guards who seemed to have been breathing but on the vague of death.

I had a door open on the other side which is my parents bedroom so I thought they were fine and run towards them but before I could take two steps forward fell to the ground after I was hit on the back of my head. My head felt heavy and then everything was blank.................................

..... I must have passed out, wen I got up, I was tied to a bed, my head still felt heavy and sore. My vision was a bit blurry for afew seconds then was normal as I blinked out my watering eyes.

To my right side was my mom and dad tied up with their lips sealed,tears in their eyes. I struggled to free myself but in vain. I hard footsteps grow closer to the bed from the back of my head so I couldn't see who it was or what they were doing...

[laughters] "hhahaha“ jxt like a devil that got his share I could hear the annoying excitement and joy in the laughter of some man whose voice seemed familiar though I hadn't had the chance to look at his ugly face. I hated him already because he was upto no good, after all he already killed all the servants we had, I was tired to the bed I didn't know for what and my parents too. " why if it ain't Mr and Mrs Martinez" The man spoke with rage and anger with every word that came out of his mouth. I was getting more and more scared and anxious especially after seeing his face when he took off his mask. Though the lights had been turned off, I could still see his facial features through the dark.
