Amelia's P.O.V I don't think we as people cry about just one thing. They store up their emotions over a long period of time and then one little trigger just causes them to burst. Luca's outburst had this effect on me. The way he had shouted at me had scared me so much, he had looked at me with such hatred. But what he said was true, what right did I have to come into his home without his invite. Yes, Will had let me in but they had known each other for ten odd years and Luca and I had only started talking a couple of weeks ago. I was a wreck when I returned home. My hair was tangled from the wind outside as I had to run home, I was out of breath from a mixture of running and sobs. My make-up was leaving streaked trails of black down my ruddy cheeks and my eyes where red and puffy.
