After Dominic had told Susie and Nova that Emma was his biological child yesterday, he suggested that everyone sleep on the information before they decided what to do with it. When he had dropped Aria off at school this morning, Susie requested to come to the Alpha House again so that they could discuss next steps.
When Dominic had mentioned Nova’s swim lesson first thing when they got back, Nova had only shrugged. “It’s not my child one way or the other, so I don’t need to be part of the conversation.”
When they had arrived at the house, Colby Docks, the best adult swimming instructor in Wintercrest, was waiting for them in the driveway. If Dominic wasn’t going to teach Nova himself, he would at least make sure that she had the best to replace him.
