Part 3

3 Years Later

For 3 years you've lived alone in this house with all the good memories of your family. Now you've graduated with the best grades and because of your intelligence you're now working in the biggest and most famous fashion company. Your life has been happy so far, but sometimes you think of your mother. Then you start crying again, but you have two best friends, and they care for you deeply.

The alarm sounds waking you from your slumber, you get out of bed and head to the bathroom.

After showering, you get ready to go to work. You throw on a short skirt and peach blazer and let your long hair loose, which is slightly curled at the bottom. You decide to do natural make up, which makes your beautiful eyes pop. After that, you put on high heels and go down for breakfast, you make a bowl of cereal and hot chocolate. After you finish your breakfast, you go to the office.

At The Office

When you arrive at the office, you rush to the elevator and go to your room on the 5th floor. You sit at your desk and turn on your laptop, checking your emails and files, you work with Hans in the same company and same floor.

It's almost 9 am and Hans is not here yet. You start to feel worried because he's not usually late to work, so you take your phone out to try and call Hans. You start calling Hans, waiting for him to pick up your call. Suddenly someone came into the room, breathing heavily.

"I'm sorry I'm late," the person says, it's Hans.

"Finally you're here, where were you? Why are you sweating so much? Are you sick?" Your eyes widen.

"So many questions lady, but don't worry, I'll explain. First, I was on my way here, second, I was having trouble with my car so I ran here, that's why i'm sweating a lot," Hans said while take off his jacket.

"Well, I was just worried that something bad happened to you," you smile.

"Thanks for your concern ma'am, but I'm fine, don't worry, I'm strong and handsome so of course I'm fine," he winked.

You're laughing so hard at his joke, this is what you like about him, he always makes you laugh.

"Stop it Hans, let's work, we have a lot of files to fix," you say as you look at your laptop.

You started to open the files and fix them, when you heard someone else come into the room.

"Oh, morning Mr. Kim," you bow and greet the man.

Mr. Kim is your boss. He is very tempermental, and his attitude makes you irritated.

"Morning Cal, morning Hans, can you two come to my office please? Please inform the team of this meeting Hans, we have something to discuss," he said before leaving.

You and Hans look at each other with curiousity evident in both your eyes.

"What's wrong with him? He looks very angry," Hans asked.

"I don't know, did we make a mistake? Why do we have a meeting in his room so early in the morning?" You started to feel worried.

"I don't know either, well, I'll go get the others," Hans walked out of your office to tell the others.

You all go to Mr. Kim's room.

"Come in. I'm sorry I had to call you all in here this early in the morning," His voice sounds very weak, and it makes you all confused and a bit worried.

"So, today is my last day working here, I've been transferred to a different office, to solve our company's problem in Japan. Thank you for your hard work, especially to you Calista, you work very hard and I'm grateful." he said gesturing in your direction.

Your surprised to hear Mr. Kim mention your name and praise your hard work. Am i dreaming? you ask yourself. Someone who has a personality like his couldn't possibly appreciate the efforts of others.

"You must be very happy now because there will be no more people who're yelling at you every morning and lecturing you," he looks at you with a smile.

"That's all, oh actually one more thing, your new boss is the son of the owner of this company, he will start working here in about 2 days, now go back to work and make sure you all do everything perfectly before I go."

You go back to your office and begin your work.

"hey Cal, what's wrong with your face?" Hans said, looking at you deeply.

"Nothing, I just feel a bit sad," you said with a weak smile.

The attitude of Mr. Kim always made you upset, but the fact is, he's a great boss. He always does his work perfectly, and solves the problems of the company, that's why you feel sad. It's already 5 pm and you've done all your work, you close your laptop and put your coat on, getting ready to go home.

"Hans, I'm going to the cafe where Hana works tonight, are you coming?" You ask him while he's busy clearing up his desk.

"I'm sorry Cal, I have to go to a mechanic to see if I can get my car fixed," Hans replied with a guilty look on his face.

"It's okay Hans, I understand, I'll go alone," you reply him with a bright smile.

"Are you okay with going alone? " He asks, holding your hands.

"Of course, don't worry," You pat his shoulder.

"Good girl, take care and call me if something happens, I have to go now. Bye beautiful," he said, stroking your hair before taking his leave.

Finally, you arrived at home and took a shower. After you finish showering, you open your closet and put on a pink blouse and black shorts. Your shorts cut off at your mid-thigh, showing off your beautiful legs. You put on some make up, and spray a little perfume, your favorite scent, April Cotton, this scent makes you feel more relaxed.

At The Cafe

"Hi Hana," you greet your friend with a wide smile.

"Cal, you're here! look at yourself, you look so hot!" Hana says, checking you out.

"Hana, stop staring at me it's embarrassing," you mumbled, a rosy tint spreading across your cheeks.

Hana laughs at your reaction.

"Okay Okay, take a seat and I'll make your favorite drink, maybe I'll even bring you some dessert," Hana patted your shoulder as she walked away.

You walk to a table beside the windows and take a seat. The view from where you sat was breathtaking. As you were waiting for your drink, a group of men had walked into the cafe, captured your attention. The group of men looked handsome as they walked into the cafe together. They walked over to the table across from yours and took a seat.

"Who are they...?"
