Rewatch Value

Larry’s eyes took in all they could like desperate thieves robbing their last before escape. A light draft bit his exposed face in contrast to the side resting on a warm shoulder. “The movie ended five minutes ago.” Connie whispered as she glanced down to Larry’s head. “Their-this studio usually has a bit after the end credits.” Larry said while silently thanking all deities prayable to for allowing his tears to dry up hidden from Connie’s view. The post credit scene wrapped up a loose end of the movie most viewers forgot. “Well that was an enjoyable movie, but we really should go before it gets dark.” Connie began to sense Larry’s despair. She still had a bit of packing to wrap up for tomorrow’s return trip to her home town, and the movie already took up a bit more time out of her schedule than planned. “That is too bad indeed...” Larry replied as he glanced up to Connie in a last attempt to freeze time in this moment with his friend. He rested his head back onto her shoulder and shut his eyes. “...It’s been a while... I’m surprised you’re giving me this much of your time considering how you leave tomorrow.” Larry’s eyes reopened to his digital clock minutes before its alarm and sighed. “I knew the movie seemed way too generic, even for her...” It’s been a month since Connie returned home, and Larry again admired at how real dreams can feel. Rachel Dream lingered in Larry's room, though Larry wasn't able to see her."The movie was actually nice. Too bad you don't remember enough of it." Rachel said before setting off. Larry didn't need Rachel as much anymore, but she'd check back on him some time later. Next time she'd let his alarm go off; waking people up unobtrusively was tiring.
