I laugh at them, Maryam, mariya, nusiba, bilkisu ,hidayah and hauwa. Today's my bridal shower and instead of making it a big event, it was just I, my girls, food, drinks and cake. We were in our pjs just having fun talking and making fun of each other.

"It must be so awkward, I mean I know my cousin is a handful" nusaiba says to hauwa 

"you have no idea, I mean sometimes I feel like she's going to jump my brother" the girls all burst into laughter

"What do you mean ? I didn't do nothing" I felt myself pout

"Oh yeah ? Girls get ready for a story you won't believe" hauwa sigh dramatically

Arriving at  hauwa's, Arfah and her chat in her room. However she had to answer a call so she excused herself while afra decided to explore. 

She left hauwa's room and head towards the living room, she took a right turn down a hall and came to a stop at the only door there. She slowly opened it and got in, closing it be behind her quietly. And there he was in all his glory, muayyad was sleeping with his bare chest revealed. He was on his back with his hands thrown over his eyes as his chest rise and fall slowly. 

'he definately works out' Arfah thought as she neared his bed, she didn't know what she was doing but it was not good whatever it was. Sitting beside him, she let her skinny hands lay flat on his chest as she explored every dip and curve of his muscular chest with desperation. Her mind where going place she never thought they'd go and she snapped out of her daze. 

'astagfirilah' she recites over and over again as she gets up to leave, a hand stopping her scared the crap out of her. She had been caught. 

"what do you think you're doing?"A husky  voice asked 

"n-nothing"

"I'm Going to pretend that didn't happen, for f**k sake fiancé or not this is crossing the line"  his voice sounds exhausted 

"I-I'm sorry, and besides you're mine so I can do what I want"  she tries to keep her head high as She gives him a once over a smirk painting my face 

"You're just exactly my type" with a wink she leaves behind a shocked muayyad

I gape at hauwa surprised she knew about what happened last month

"H-how" I ask blushing like crazy as the girls stared at me with amused smirks 

"Oboy girl you get liver, I wish I could burrow yours and make my move on Aslam" I stare at bilkisu then hauwa thinking she'd be mad but a nonchalant expression sits on her face as she types away on her phone 

"Excuse me" she says with a small smirk playing on her lips as she drops her phone on the bed and walk into the bathroom

 Not a minute later her phone rings and I turn to look at it and was shocked at what I was seeing, the caller was labeled "Mine" it had a picture of her and ya Aslam. His hands thrown around her shoulder as hers rest on his chest, he had a huge smile on his face I've never seen before. It wasn't too intimate but the look he had on his face as he stared at her said it all. I raise my head to find the others staring mouth agape, bilkisu looked hurt, confused and slightly amused.

The phone stops ringing and a collective silence paints the room, the bathroom door opening and closing had us all awkward knowing what was about it happen. Hauwa came into sight as she picks her phone up a big smile coloring her face as her phone starts ringing again as she picks it up moving away a bit but not too far for us not to hear what she was saying.

"BABY! Sorry I was away for a bit" she laughs loud as she looks downwards 

"Stop complaining I miss you too, I'm sure I'll get to see you at the event tomorrow I've just been swamped" she keeps quite a bit before a blush covers her cheeks 

"I swear to god you're shameless sometimes I have to go" she groans an embarrassed smile on her face 

"Nooooo! Fine fine I love you too baby. Happy? Ugh fine imma miss you lots" she ended the call a loving gaze in her face as she shakes her head 

She sits back where she was smiling as she typed something and then dropped her phone to us looking back at us. 

"Where are y'all so quite?" She asked looking confused, but I knew her well to know she planned the whole thing

"So when were you going to tell us you're with ya Aslam ?"  Bilkisu asked with a calm but angered voice

"How did you know?"

"He called when you were in the bathroom" hidayah mumbled 

"To be honest it just happened, I didn't want to at first but ya manaur put things in order for me and advised me to give him a chance. So I did and I'm glad I did cause it's been amazing so far, just didn't announce anything until I was sure we could be something serious" Kulu finished with a smile 

"Wow I can't believe ya Aslam was smiling that big, I mean he does smile but I've never seen his teeth until now." Mimi whispered dazed

Bilkisu just nod without saying anything, her and hauwa are not gonna be good for a bit. I understood both of them and I didn't wanna take sides so I'll not get in the middle of all this drama and let em solve it on their own.

"Okay we're all done" mariya says looking over at herself in the mirror 

"I haven't even gotten dressed yet" I held my phone still looking like a mess 

"Your makeup artist is here so you better get ready cause you're gonna start getting dressed ASAP" she picks her phone up taking selfie's and all.

I take a deep breath as my designer comes in dress and others in her hands her assistants hot on her heels.

"I'm sorry I'm late the traffic is insane, now shall we get dressed?" I nod at her as the nerves starts working it's way up.
