Lily leaned her head on Julian's shoulder, feeling a sense of comfort and security she hadn't experienced in a long time. The gentle sway of the carriage and the soft rustling of the trees outside created a soothing melody that seemed to lull her into a peaceful state. Julian's arm wrapped around her, holding her close, and she felt his warm breath on her hair.
