Nicole scoffed in disbelief as Antonio stepped into my office, and I didn't miss how her face switched from anger to disgust. If looks can kill, Antonio would probably be buried six feet under the ground right now.
"They really suit each other," she muttered under her breath, but I heard her, making me curious to know why she was suddenly dragging Antonio into this.
Nicole looked between Antonio and me before breaking the silence once again.
"Indeed you two are cousins. I guess the toxicity and craziness runs in the blood but don't be insane. You have no control over me, so when I say the relationship is done, I'm not bluffing. Don't push me," she warned, glaring at me to prove her words.
