The past few weeks have been pretty exhausting and it doesn't look like things are about to be normal, judging from the amount of files glaring at me on my desk.
The door cracked open, revealing Shelly and I mentally groaned.
"Please don't tell me that I have another meeting to attend," I groaned.
Shelly chuckled at my reaction before speaking. "I'm here to tell you about your schedule for the week. You have been asking me to brief you earlier for a couple of days, so that is why I am here."
I nodded at her, giving her a go ahead. God knows if it had something to do with another meeting, I'd have postponed it and told them I was sick.
