The Pack Hunt Daria's POV The forest seemed to be standing in suspension. I did not know the reason for the great silence, but someone was trampling us; there we cowered in the distorted roots of an old tree. Harriet was seated beside me, trembling as best she could despite her efforts to remain motionless. I threw a great glamour over us, and smeared it with the charms of Silas and mine.
