The night felt longer than most, mostly because Sarah felt so confused about Mary's emotions with everything that was happening. Did she really mean to tell Sarah that she loved Danny and not Dom? It seemed highly unlikely. The sedative they'd given her before the surgery had likely just confused her, her mind had gone into her past to a time when she and Danny were dating. Because of this, Sarah didn't bother calling Danny to pass along the message, she just assumed it was a mistake.
