As I sit here, observing all the aspects around me. I'm unable to help but think, " why do I feel the way I do?" My mind seems to be all over the place. So a little background on myself, I'm Raymon Cooper, but you can call me Ray! I'm 27, and married to the love of my life Julie Cooper, an cant leave out our handsome baby boy Liam Rae Cooper who is 2 years of age. Oh an not to forget to mention according to anyone who knows me "I always have a smile on my face". So with everything stated above, why Am I overwhelmed but this suffocating sense of sadness??? It overtakes me like gray clouds cover the beautiful blue clear skies. Now many may have these same types of feeling an be wondering "why? What can I do? Why does no one understand?" Now in order to completely understand we have to be willing & able to remain mindful throughout all of our thoughts in order to grasp control. Now same goes in order to completely understand one another sometimes it isn't what it is we ourselves are visualizing or our own visualization of that other person. But in actuality the others own visualization of themselves. The details in which are not seen by us, the details only known by ourselves in our own mind our, as I would refer to it "Our Inner Selves". I myself have been acknowledging an realizing alot on my journey through life an this is the sole purpose for the creation of my Blog. I'm here to Influence, Motivate, & guide anyone an everyone who has struggled with Self Development, & achieving peace an happiness for themself in any aspects of life! I hope that me being here as a voice an guide through your challenges has made an impact on your own journey! Now I start this introduction by pin pointing 3 very important subjects we can all work on to start becoming more aware! I will be going over my own experience as well as ways in which I have grown an will continue to grow an learn along side you all! We will all achieve true happiness, understanding, & peace with ourselves with recognizing these 3 following subjects to begin. 1. The way you think. 2. The actions after the thought. The emotions of it all After we discuss these three beginning subjects to recognize, we will then be able to go into deeper detail on all aspects an turning points from negative, to positive mind state. Through my experience an life lessons, I hope I'm able to make a impact on you all in a uplifting manner. So let us begin!
