SAM’S LAUGHTER FUGUE PASSED AS quickly as it came, and he started to put together the next plan of action. Next he transferred to Peng, and taking control, put Li to sleep with the butt of Peng’s rifle. While he was using Peng’s handcuffs to lock Li to the steering wheel of the van, he internally gave him instructions.
