One thing I’ve learned and now was sure of was that Amelie was a woman who comes out of her shell and shines when surrounded with nature. After our little truce in her bedroom I had taken her to the stables. She had went straight to the little foal. And I had watched transfixed as she had coaxed the little foal to come closer and patted it with soft touches. The smiles I had been missing, now she has started to give them to me. And I didn't even look at my mobile phone as I spent most of the day with her so there was no need. I was getting my fix personally.
