"Beep...Beep...Beep..." Is all I here, no voices, no nothing. I slowly open my eyes, light attacks them as they widen. I can tell my breathing pattern is jagged. My muscles lay on the white sheets. I feel weak, weaker than I have ever felt before. As I attempt to look up, the door opens slowly. A man in a white coat walks over to me. " Your very lucky to be alive. " he says, chuckling under his breath as if it was a joke. I attempt to crack a pitiful smile but fail entirely. The male "doctor" sits me up slowly. "So, did you just wake up?" He asks me in a rather questionable tone. "Y-yeah..." I reply, not knowing if that's what I was supposed to say. Sadness floats in the air as if it's pollution near a trash plantation. The doctor doesn't seem in any way depressed. Is it just me that is depressed? "Hello? Hello? Sir?" I hear the doctor say. "Huh, Yes?" I must have gotten absorbed in thought. "Are you okay?" I give the doctor a straight face. " I hope so." I reply to him. He nods and walks out of the room, closing the door behind him. I look to my sides to see a window and a white side table. On the table, lay a television remote. I observe around me to say a small TV above me. I grab the remote and hope something good is on. Cartoons are on, I flip the channel to see my favorite TV show playing. This episode the main character is in the hospital. He is talking to someone, his ex wife I think she is. They are talking about his daughter and her medical condition. His ex wife seems schocked, it is her child in the first place. I change the TV to cartoons as I don't really want drama on my brain at the time. The doctor walks back in. "Hello again. You will be free to go in a fee hours, after we get your final result." I nod at the doctor and let him take my health tests. He leaves and closes the door behind me. Once he gets my I may be able to leave... Unless told to postpone my release date...
