The next morning, Cam dropped Mr. Magee off at doggie day care, then went to the office. He dreaded the inevitable questions from Alan on how his weekend at the Grafton cabin went. It would be bad enough to tell him the A/C wasn’t working, but how would he explain about Emory? And what if Alan or his parents went up to the cabin at some point and talked to their neighbor?
