I watched as the councilors filed out of the room feeling a little lost. Did that really just happen? I'd been certain that Alpha Felix was going to get away with his actions while Donovan took the blame for something he couldn't really control. But then, it had all flipped around and I felt victorious. I wasn't sure if Felix's fine was a lot of money for him, but judging from his reaction, he really didn't want to pay it.
