“Do what?” I feigned ignorance of what he was talking about.
“Kill her. Why did you kill that w***e?” I hated his tone.
“For someone who I possibly saved their life from harm, that is no way to be thanking me.”
“There was no bullet in that gun. Did you think I was stupid enough to give her a gun with a bullet and turn my back to her?” He asked in an incredulous tone, begging me to buy into his s**t.
