Zoey’s POV Rain tapped softly against the massive penthouse windows when I woke up the next morning, but the sound wasn’t calming anymore, everything about the room felt still. For a few seconds, I stayed curled beneath the blankets, fragments of the previous night replayed in my head, the leaked photographs, the headlines and Christian’s silence when the media asked if our relationship had started before my engagement collapsed.
