Callie
I wake up with a full bladder and Mason's arm wrapped around me. "Ugh, get off." He sits up and gives me a confused look. "I have to pee! You try having two babies pressed against your bladder day and night."
"Okay honey, I am going to get you some food and something to drink. I love you." He walks out of the room and I run to the bathroom, barely making it to the toilet to release my almost bursting bladder. I sigh in relief and finish my business while rubbing my swollen belly. "You little guys are not making mommy's life easy you know."
"Little guys huh? Does someone have high hopes?" I smile at Mason and wash my hands before taking the water bottle from him. "Well, I guess we will find out today!" I follow him into the dining room and smile. "Honey, this is amazing! Thank you!" I sit at the table and pile my plate high with bacon, eggs, waffles, fresh fruit and oatmeal.
"Got enough there Sweetheart?" I turn and glare at my dad who has just walked in. We have made it a habit to have breakfast with them every morning, especially since my mom will be moving in our wing when the pups are born.
"Eating for three ya know." My mom laughs and kisses me on the top of the head. "You better watch it dear, she is likely to take a finger off." I narrow my eyes at my mom and begin stuffing my face. "Are you guys ready for today?" Both our parents decided to throw us a royal gender reveal party.
"I don't know mom, I am nervous, there is going to be a lot of people there and I already look like a whale." Mason grabs my head and presses it to his lips. "You, my angel, are anything but a whale. You are as beautiful as the Moon Goddess herself." I smile and press a soft kiss to his lips. "Okay guys, let's get going to this appointment."

I have never let a woman sleep in my bed before Callie and I am glad I didn't It is the most amazing and comforting feeling to roll over in the middle of the night and pull her close to me. Her scent alone calms me down and puts me to sleep almost instantly.
Most mornings, I wake up before Callie so I can get everything ready for her parents to come over for breakfast. We have made it a part of our daily routine and honestly I love it. We also have lunch with my parents, but with them still running the kingdom, it is only once or twice a week.
"Get. Off." My eyes snap open when I hear my mate growl at me. I never know what I am going to get when she wakes up. Some mornings, she is extremely loving, other mornings, she is likely to tear off a limb. I give her a confused look, but move my arm anyways. "I have to pee! You try having two babies pressed on your bladder day and night!" I smile at her and jump out of bed, already knowing what will calm her down.
I get her a water bottle and pull the breakfast out of the warmer, knowing her parents will be arriving soon. They are going to go with us to the clinic, and my parents are meeting us there. "You guys are not making mommy's life very easy."
My heart leaps in my chest as I hear Callie refer to the babies as boys. I would be so happy. "Little guys huh? Does someone have high hopes?" She takes a sip of her water bottle and I hand her the prenatals that her mom dropped off. She makes a face, but takes them anyways, then follow me into the dining room.
Her face lights up just like it does every morning when she sees breakfast. You would think in the 10 hours that she sleeps at night that she had been starving for days when she sees food first thing in the morning. She begins to pile her plate on and I hear her parents come in. I am so glad the Moon Goddess blessed me with such great in laws. They truly are a second set of parents.
"Got enough there sweetheart?" I place my hand on Callie's bouncing leg and look at her food pointedly. She begins shoving food in her face and smirks at her dad. "Eating for three." After Callie has gotten some food in her, her mother and her talk about the gender reveal and I hear Callie say, "I don't know, I am nervous and there is going to be a lot of people and I already look like a whale."
I feel my hair bristle and I hold back a growl. I pick up her hand and press it to my lips. "You, my dear, are anything but a whale. You are as beautiful as the Moon Goddess herself, now let's get to this appointment." I put my hand on the small of her back and lead her towards the clinic.
When we go through the doors, my mother runs up and wraps Callie in a hug. "Oh! I am so excited!! I cannot wait for tonight!" Callie smiles at her and looks down at her swollen belly. "I can't believe today is finally here! I am so excited to finally be able to buy some baby clothes! And my mom is making a quilt for them both! Oh, Terry. I am so happy you guys were able to make time for this. Thank you so much. It really means a lot to us."
A woman in a white coat steps out and looks at us. "Your majesties, right this way please." We follow her through the clinic and into a large room. There is a comfortable looking bed in the center hooked up to a machine. "Lay here please."
