IT'S OUR BIRTHDAY?!!

LILLIAN'S POV I looked around and all I could see were trees for miles in the pale moonlight. How did I get here? I started aimlessly walking for what felt like centuries when I came to a cliffside with a beautiful view of a crescent moon. Suddenly, I heard twigs breaking and leaves crunching. I spun around only to see the two most beautiful amber-colored eyes shining from the darkness. I was instantly consumed by them, unaware of anything else around me. I went to take a step towards them, but stumbled backwards off the cliff instead. AHHHHHHH! THUMP! Ughhh of course it was only a dream AGAIN! I have been having this same dream for over a month now and cannot figure out the meaning behind it. I pulled myself out of the haze of my own thoughts and threw my hair into a high pony tail before heading to my closet and throwing on a school t-shirt with a grey pullover, some skinny jeans and slipping on my vans. Before heading downstairs for breakfast, I stopped at the mirror to take one last look at myself. Everyone always said I was like a mirror image of my mom. To be honest, every day I see it more and more. I had nearly everything from her golden brown cascading curls, sky blue eyes, porcelain skin, small button nose, plump rose lips and even her curvy figure. My brother and I also look extremely similar, except he had hazel eyes and I stood at 5'1, while he towered at an astounding 6'3. "Morning, LilliBear!", my dad beamed, looking up from the newspaper on the table. "Morning dad! Where's mom?" I asked while looking around the kitchen before hugging him. "Already at the dress shop, I presume," he smirked. "OH NO! Mom is going to kill me! Love you dad, gotta go!" I screamed, running out the door. I ran through town as quickly as I could and by the time I reached the door to the dress shop, I literally had two minutes to spare. I quickly pushed open the door and started scanning for my mom. "Finally, Lillian. I was beginning to wonder if you were even coming, honey." I heard from behind a large rack of evening gowns. "I'm sorry mo-." "No time for chit-chat, sweetie. We need to check the fit of the dress before heading out to do nails, hair and make-up before the party." she beamed. I couldn't help but smile at my mom. She adored parties and was amazing at planning big events. However, she was also a huge fan of dramatics. My dress was beautiful, it was a blue-grey tight-fitting mermaid style that hugged me in all of the right places with intricate sky blue detailing on the bodice. "Lillian, are you going to keep everyone waiting out here?!" my mom impatiently spouted. As soon as I stepped out from behind the curtain, tears began to slowly fall down my mom's face, which in turn caused me to cry along with her. My mom has been planning every small detail of this, even for nearly a year, and I wanted everything to be absolutely perfect for her, no matter what it was that she asked me to do. Next was to get mani-pedis, which was relaxing not to mention fun to do with my mom. I chose a sky blue, while she chose a light grey to match her gown for this evening. Then, time for hair and make-up, I elected for a half up, half down style to accentuate my curls with light make-up consisting only of eye shadow, mascara, eye liner, and lipstick. Once I made it back home, I went to my room and sat in front of my vanity, waiting for my brother to come so we could walk out to the party together. While I was thinking about all the changes that would be happening soon, a knock came from the door and in walked Liam without so much as a second thought. "Hey sis, whatcha think?" he asked as he smugly smirked and spun around. "I will have to hand it to mom. She REAAALLLY knows how to pick 'em". I choked out trying to hold in the laughter. "haha very funny. Now close your eyes." he smiled and stepped towards me. "Ugh, but you said no gifts,Liam!" I sneered as I closed my eyes. " Okay, hold up your curls." he beamed. "Ummmmm… OKayy?..." I said, feeling something tickle my neck. "Okay, open!" I looked into the mirror to see a necklace with a white gold crescent moon pendant with a sky blue topaz and an amber stone intertwining in the center. It was absolutely beautiful. " Okay, sis, it's go time." he grinned as he glanced at his watch. I took in a deep breath as I took his hand in mine. The closer we got to the back door, the sweatier my palms became, and the tighter he gripped my hand to reassure me. When the patio doors were swung open, everyone's eyes were on us as we walked towards the stage our parents had prepared. I could feel my wolf begin to stir, and feel her anxiousness as we stood on the stage between my parents. They were both beaming with both pride and joy as they watched us approach. My dad took a step forward and was handed the microphone by one of the omegas. "Welcome, I want to thank you all for taking part in this celebration with us this evening. I promised my wife I wouldn't get carried away and ramble tonight, heh. I want both of my children to know just how proud I am to be your father. Lilli-bear, you are strong, graceful, and have so much determination. Where ever this life takes you, I know you will shine. Liam, I know that our pack is in the best possible hands. With your natural leadership skills, strength, and cunning, our pack has a bright future. I love you both to the moon and back." he choked out as he pulled us into a hug. Next, my mom took the microphone, wiping the tears from her face while she took a step forward and took a deep breath before speaking, "Well, I'm not exactly sure how to follow up behind that, haha, but we are beyond blessed to have you both. I would like to ask everyone to join us in the birthday count down now." "10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!" everyone screamed. I just couldn't shake the anxiousness that my wolf, Azule, was feeling. So, I quietly made my way to the tree line where no one could see me, took off my dress before carefully placing it in the tree trunk, and shifted. It felt amazing to run in the pale moonlight, but at the same time it felt like deja vu. Azule was beautiful, she had fluffy blue-grey fur with a white crescent moon on her side with sky-blue eyes that matched mine. We ran to a waterfall near the edge of our pack land, where I shifted back to my human form and walked to a tree where I kept spare clothes. I pulled on the blue sweatshirt and grey shorts before walking and sitting by the water, placing my feet inside. As I laid back on my hands soaking up the moonlight and silence, a putrid smell quickly filled my nose. When I began to hear leaves crunch and twigs crack, Azule growled, "ROGUES!". Before I could shift, it was already too late. I felt a slight sting on my neck as I began to feel myself falling into darkness. I quickly tried to link my dad, "Dad, ROGUES! Get rea-". I didn't get to finish warning them before I was fully consumed by the abyss.
