I was in my office pouring over the maps of the rogue territories that the scouts have come across as we prepare for the upcoming calamity, when I heard Emily's screaming voice coming from the bedroom. She distinctively screamed Lilly's name. Noshi gave me no warning before overtaking me to get to her. He did not even bother to open the office door, he just ran right through it. Once we got to the room doctors and nurses were still steadily piling in, and with all of the commotion she had yet to notice me. She was looking slightly overwhelmed as they poked and prodded her.
