Martin POV Hanging up the phone with Emma's manger, I put a few more calls into Noah, Liam, and Amber's managers setting up the same plan with all of them; guaranteed one week off with pay, possibly longer and I will be covering the pay as well as sending in paid temporary replacements for all of them. Their managers don't seem to mind too much since I am footing the bill for everything and making sure all shifts are covered.
