Izzy’s pov

Dean Thomas is so nice. We were sitting in his office for the past hour going over different classes I would like to take. I decided to go with all the usual classes math,English,self-defense,and history. Now I had to pick out just one more so I picked art. I have done some art back in high school. Everyone would love it till they saw it was mine. That's nor going to stop me. So maybe I can have some fun with this class. So we were just finishing up when Dean Thomas' phone rang . He said to ask them to come in.

Just then the doors open and two people walk in, a boy and a girl around my age. The girl ran around the desk and gave Dean Thomas a hug and said hey daddy, we miss you. Will Lilly I am busy right now with work. that's when she nosed me she jumped up and stood in front of me and offered me her hand. Hi, I'm Lily. Who are you? I was a little shy and i didnt know what to do. She was around my height with blond hair and green eyes. And a bubbly personality to go with it. I took her hand and said hello. I'm Isadora. Nice to meet you lilly. Oh sorry ,she said this is my dad and that big sour puss over there is Aden my twin brother. It's nice to meet you both. Dean Thomas cleared his throat, oh sorry daddy, lilly said. So what brings you here he asks. We just wanted to see you and see if you had dinner yet. or if you are going to work all night and we should send you something. Lilly said. Well I do need to finish up here with Miss Isadora and then I should make it home in time for dinner. Dean Thomas answered. Cool lilly said. Oh seeing how you're here. it will stop me from coming to find you later. I'll just have to break the news to grams and your mom when I get home later. What is it dad they both aiden and lilly said at the same time. Will you both remember Grate uncle Ray? yeah they said. well he passed last week and we will be placing him to rest soon. grams will be planning it all he is her brother. And Izzy here is his granddaughter. I smile at that. Lily looked at me then at her dad. Did he get remarried? I laugh at that no he didn't he was like family to me that he even called me his granddaughter. Lily's eyes pop out of her head wow so we family then she stated. Yep Dean Thomas said and i know she is not blood but if Ray said she is family then she is. So with that said. she will be in your suite with you is that ok? Dean Thomas asked. I looked at him. I know my track record and know it wouldn't be long till I was moved out and on my own again. I said that would be just fine. I know gramps would want me around his family and try to make friends. Good he said so I just finished your class schedule Izzy. Thank you Dean Thomas, I said. It’s no problem by the way Lily and Aiden. I have your schedule too. School starts Monday and I suggest you all go to your room and get settled in. Lilly showed Isadora to the suite. Aiden, you should call a few friends and go to Isadora's car and get what Ray wanted to return to me .Yes sir, Aiden said. As he walked out the room. Lily took my hand, I looked at Dean Thomes, thanked him one last time before I walked out .

On the way to my car, Lilly was asking me all kinds of questions, who is my favorite movie star? What's my favorite color? How old am I? What did my partes do for a living? That one was hard for me. It stops me in my tracks. I just looked at Lilly, I don't know, I said. I have been in a lot of group homes all my life, a few foster homes too. Other than grandpa Ray and aunt Beth I really had no one.

Lilly stops and looks at me then gives me a big hug. Well sweetie, you're home now. I'm not going anywhere. I gave her a slight smile and thought to myself that's what you say now. you will run just like everyone does. We got to my car and about 10 very fine tall men showed up. Aiden asked which boxes go. I showed him, all the guys took one or two and walked to dean thomas office with them. I'll drive us to the dorm Lilly says. Good, because I have know idea where it is. So I give her the keys and we head to the room.
