There was a knocking sound at the door ? knowing it was my assistant,I told Tony to come in
"Good day sir"he greeted
"hmmm "I responded
"sir you called me to your office. How can be useful to you sir?" Tony asked
" investigate Anabelle the lady I told you to handle her paperwork at the hospital within two hours" I said
"yes sir I will send the results to your mail "Tony said
"you may leave don't forget to shut the door" I said
Suddenly my phone started ringing ohh s**t it's mum what's the problem now? after contemplating I finally picked the call
"Hello .Dan you missed the family reunion you got me and your dad worried can't you at least not embarrass us every gathering as our eldest son your presence is paramount "mum said with an angry tone over the phone
"mum sorry something bad happened to me and I had an accident am sorry mum" I replied
"must it be every family gathering something goes wrong?? well anyways hope you're ok ??"she asked
"mum am ok I have been taken care of "I replied
"ohh by the way Dan your sister is coming over to the company for an internship programme don't give her the job if she doesn't meet the requirements "mum said strictly
"yes mum no special treatment for family or friends in business we can't afford to loose "I said
"make sure you come for a visit this weekend with CLARA "she said and ended the call
huh typical mum always passing instructions with no room for an opposition
