“Dad, are you okay?” Daren inquired, and alpha Gregory nodded, attempting to stand on his feet before collapsing flat on the ground.
“Dad!” Daren yelled, kneeling and tugging his father.
I didn’t know what was going on, but I despised this man and nothing would make me happier than to see him fall into the deepest abyss, but seeing Daren’s sad face made me sad, so I ran away.
I ran as fast as my legs could carry me, and as soon as I reached the garden’s entrance, I yelled.
“Someone please help! The Alpha is dying in the garden!”
The workers rushed out of the house as I screamed, and two of his men approached me.
“Where is he? Show him to us right away,” they said, and I nodded in fear, my entire body trembling.
