Victory Plaza, that three days ago had been packed with countless people eagerly watching Logan’s speech under the joyous sun, was now shadowed by the imposing silhouette of the Sharpness, the Katana flagship. Ever since the speech, given its repercussion, Solar League NPC troopers had segmented Winner City based on each area’s relevance in accordance to the War Committee. The Committee was formed by the leaders of the ten major Solar League guilds and presided by Logan Spacebound himself. Their decisions determined key changes to the Winner City scenario and the movement of military NPC groups.
