Jas looked at Li. His face was a picture of concern.
“Have you given him the medicine?"
"Okay, I'll stop by there. Delfin, let's go home first,” Li said to the driver.
Jas also became worried and thought of Sam. “Why? Is there a problem?”
“Sam's stomach is hurting. Sweet, is it okay with you if I check on Sam first?” Li said as he held her hand, seeking her consent.
For Jas, Sam was a priority compared to where they were going. “It's okay, I want to see him too.”
“Thank you, Sweet,” Jas felt Li kiss the top of her head.
When they arrived home, Li immediately looked for his child, “Manang Mila, where's Sam?" he immediately asked the maid.
“He's in his room with Citas,” the maid replied. “Good evening Ma’am Jas,” she also greeted the young woman with a smile.
