“From the top everyone. Move! move! move!” Eljay said while clapping his hands. Everybody move fast and went to their proper position.
We are in the Glee Club Room practicing our performance during the opening program for the foundation day.
Today is Saturday yet we came back to school to practice. Aside from the shortening of time during weekdays, this is the only day we can practice as a group.
One of our intermission number is a group dance. It is going to present not just to entertain the guests that Nicolai would invite but as well as to show them what University of Arcillana students can do. Aside from a group dance, I was requested to sing solo and I immediately agreed.
“Stop! stop!” Eljay interrupted. “You keep on messing the group Annie. What steps you can’t execute the most?” My co-member Annie bowed down her head. Maybe she feel ashamed. We’ve been repeating over and over again. Annie is just a grade eight student. She is good in dancing as well but she keeps messing up. She came from a lower class. “One last mistake Annie and I will leave you out of the group.” He added. The girl didn’t respond but I know she is not okay. She keeps rubbing her palm in her side.
We began from the top. The music hit the button and we started to execute our dance steps once again.
Everyone stopped in dancing when we heard Eljay say to stop.
“Are you that stupid? Are all lower classes that stupid? That was just a simple choreography but you are as if it is the most difficult dance steps you could ever execute.
“I think that’s foul. Stop calling her stupid.” I said and got the attention of everyone.
