Don Reyes opened the House's ostentatious door, made of wood, and proceeded through the hall with the loud noises of his shoes on the wooden floor, leaving the wooden wine barrel he was holding on to the floor. Because the barrel was a bit heavy, he needed Bruno's help to bring it down:
- “Hey, kid, where are you? Help me carry this, please.”
Bruno called out:
- "Okay uncle, I'll be right there.”
Quickly descending from the top floor of the stone house to the ground floor, Bruno and his uncle embraced the barrel and together they carried it to the cold cellar in the basement. Then they went out again to the large hall where the food was eaten. Sofia was in the kitchen waiting for them.
