Chapter 18 - Silent treatment
Aria’s POV
Finally, the car came to a stop, and I felt so glad as I almost threw up due to the uncomfortable silence in the car fueled by my motion sickness. I was glad I didn’t embarrass myself in the car. I wondered what Luca would have thought about me if that had happened. Marcus stepped out of the driver’s seat and opened the door, flashing a smile at me.
"You know you really don’t have to do this. There’s no one watching, and they possibly didn’t send any drones after us to capture the moment. I can open the door myself.” I blurted out. Maybe I just need to talk so I can forget the sickening urge to throw up.
"Well, I'm not doing this for the show. It’s just my way of saying I appreciate the effort you placed into today’s episode. You did great back
