I woke up at the middle of night breathing heavily, I checked the time it was 3:50 a.m. I sighed and decided to wake up
I wiped my sweat and got ready to go for gym
It was dead silence in the house, I made my way to the gym and started with my workout
Time Skip
It's been two hours since I am in the gym. I heard the door opening, I turned around and saw Jungkook in a gym attire seems like he also came to workout
Jungkook: "Ahh Good Morning Y/n"
He greeted me and I greeted him back in a calm tone
Me: "Morning"
Jungkook: "Sheeshhh you are sweating like hell exactly for how many hours are you working out ?"
Me: "For about two hours I guess"
Jungkook: "Hmm Impressive"
He said and kept his water bottle and towel down while I kept the dumbbells down and made my way towards the treadmill to do some running so I can complete my cardio exercises as well
Jungkook also got on a treadmill and we both were jogging and Jungkook begin a conversion
Jungkook: "So Y/n tell me about yourself"
Me: "Huh!"
Jungkook: "I mean lets get to know about each other we are step Siblings after all"
Y/n: "I thought you guys wanted to make my life a living hell"
He scratched the back of his head and then replied
Jungkook: "Well we just said it in the heat of the moment"
Y/n: "Sure"
I said it sarcastically
Its been like fifteen to twenty minuted since we started talking. We were sharing our likes and dislikes and I don't know how we started getting along a little as we had some things in common and even our attitude was a bit familiar
Jungkook: "So how did you met T-"
He stopped in mid sentence, he staring at my left hand and then it clicked me
I was in the gym wearing a tank top and my arm was full on display
Jungkook: "How did you got that burning mark and those three cuts they seem pretty big"
He said while coming towards me
Y/n: "Well about the burning scar one day while performing and experiment in the lab acid fall on my hand so that caused this burning mark and about these cuts one day I accidentally fell in a bush of thorns so i got these cuts from the thorns"
he didn't seem to believe it so I said
Y/n: "if you don't believe me then you can ask mom"
when i said he hesitantly nodded

Right now I am heading to room to take a shower and get ready to go to the lab but on my way I bumped to someone I looked up and saw that it was just mom
Mom: "Morning Sweety"
Me: "Morning Mom"
Mom: "Are you going to the lab today ??"
Me: "Yes Eomma'
Mom: "Can't you take a day off, it's Saturday anyways"
Me: "But why mom"
Mom: "Me and your appa are going for a business trip tomorrow so today I wanted everyone to spend time together like a family by this we will get to know each other better"
Me: "but ma-"
Mom: "No buts you are not going to the lab today"
She sighed before speaking again
Mom: "Do you think he will be happy to see you like this.....To see you over working yourself"
I looked down as tears started forming at the end of my eyes
Mom: "Baby think with a calm mind, He wouldn't like to see you in such a condition. Baby I know it is hard even I loved 'Yeonjun' like my own son but you gotta move on.....If not for yourself do it for him.........I am not telling you to forget him but at least try to be a bit cheerful and try to be like your old self"
I slowly nodded cause I know that she was right here
Mom: "Now go and take a shower you are stinking"
She tried to lighten the mood but I just sighed and agreed to her
I again made my way to my room but again stopped after hearing mom
Mom: "And please for god's sake don't wear anything black....please just for today"
I again sighed and nodded
........
I went in my closet and grabbed my favorite over sized hoodie. I smelled and hugged it tightly it gave me a sense of comfort
I quickly changed and started heading downstairs
As I reached downstairs everyone wished me good morning wait am I kidding not exactly everyone
Everyone (except mom, Jungkook, Jhope and Jimin): "Good morning"
I slightly smiled and wished them back
Me: "Good Morning"
I saw mom sadly smiling towards me after noticing that I am wearing 'his' hoodie
Jin: "So ladies and gentlemen today you all are gonna be blessed after tasting my delicious handmade food. Kindly have patience and wait for the breakfast to be served"
Mom: "Y/n why don't you go and help Jin with cooking"
She said and winked at Jin to which he smiled widely at her
Me: "But I don't know how to cook anything"
Jin: "Its okay sweetheart come you can help me in chopping and you can also learn how to cook from your world wide handsome oppa"
Everyone giggled looking at the playful Jin
It seems like these Kim siblings hit their head somewhere today, they all are acting weird
