Rouges

Anakin whimpered as he watched her leave.  

Wesley: I told you! 

Anakin: She will change her mind. I have been speaking t Belle.  We just need to wait. 

Wesley: Wait? All I’ve been doing is waiting. Waiting for you, and now my mate is the person who can’t even look at me and she clearly wants nothing to do with me. So why don’t we follow her and reject her so then we can all move on. 

Anakin: NO! We will do no such thing if you want to survive and learn the truth. 

He growled and retreated. I looked around and Asher was still there leaning up against his truck with his arms folded smiling.  “So, the geek and the princess, who would have thought” he laughed and shook his head.  “Don’t worry, I’ll please her when you can’t” He went to walk off and I grabbed his arm.  My eyes turned black. 

Anakin: “You will do no such thing.  You touch her again and you will deal with me.” He growled and let him go and shifted.  There was noise and commotion Anakin looked around, all I could see was kids and teachers coming out of the school.  Harley, Clark, Kent & Lauren were front and center.  They looked at my wolf with wonder, Anakin bowed his head as if to answer their silent question.  He turned and ran off towards the woods.   

He ran and ran until he reached the edge of pack border.  The sound of a water fall got his attention, he trudged toward the sound and came to an opening with a pond that I've never seen and a water fall.  He walked to the edge and looked at the water and his reflection appeared.  This is the first time I'm seeing my wolf, staring up at me is this black wolf with eyes to match the water.   

Wesley: What are we doing Anakin? 

Anakin: Clearing our head, and coming up with a way to get our mate. 

Wesley: Anakin, she doesn’t want us. Also, if I’m being honest, I don’t know if I want her. 

He growled then shifted back and I was naked.  I looked behind some of the surrounding trees knowing patrol sometimes leave clothes throughout the land in case they need them. I found a pair of shorts and sat down with my feet in the water, a million questions running through my head. What am I going to do? Do I want to be with her? Can we make this work?  Will she ever want me?  I ran my hand through my hair and sighed.  “What the f**k am I going to do” I screamed and threw a rock in the water. 

Alarielle’s P.O.V 

I was sitting in my room looking around at the mess I made when I got home.  

Alarielle: Belle can you please explain to me why him? 

Belle: The moon goddess paired us with them for a reason. 

Alarielle: But I don’t understand why.  I am the strongest she wolf known around the United States and he is so puny.  I could break him with a snap of my fingers. 

Belle: Just trust me okay. Don’t do anything rash, give him a chance even if not on that level be his friend.  Let's go for a run. I’ll lead you just close your mind off and relax. 

I liked the sound of that, so I grabbed a bag and went outside.  I stripped off my clothes put them in the bag and let her shift.  She picked up the bag and went on her way I fell into the backs of her mind and just watched as she hunted and played.  Her head whipped to the east zoning in on the sounds. 

Alarielle: What's going on Belle? 

Belle: Rouges 

“Rouges eastern border”  We mind linked the warriors and my father as she ran to the eastern border.  As we got closer she went into her stealth mode and sniffed.  The smell of blood filled the air, then it hit our nose and she whimpered. 

Belle: Mate, he is here and hurt. 

Worry came over me, we ran as fast as we could toward his scent and we came to a clearing with a pond and saw him there in his wolf form bleeding with a rouge over him.  I growled and the rouge looked my way, smirked and went to go finish Wesley & Anakin.  Belle and I leaped towards him and gripped his neck.  We bit down and tossed him to the side as he started shifting back to his human form signaling, he was dead.  I heard more growls and looked around and there was about 20 rouges closing in on me and a down Wesley.  One went to lunge for me and I took him easily.  The next one and the next one and the one after that went down just as easy.  I took out about 10 of them when I felt sharp pain in my side, I looked down and saw a large gash.  This wasn’t like any gash I’ve ad before because those healed as soon as I got them.   

Belle: Wolfsbane.  It is weakening our speed healing. It's going to take a little bit to heal. 

F**K, another one went to lunge at us and I managed to dodge him. Another one lunged catching me off guard and knocked me to the ground.  He opened his mouth and went for my neck.  All of a sudden there was no weight on me.  I got up and looked just as Wesley & Anakin snapped the rouges neck.  He turned his head looked at me then fainted.  Another rouge went to go after him and another after me.  I felt my dad and Jace and the other warriors approaching.   

“Jace, Wesley I down you get him and bring him to the pack hospital and have someone get his mom there.  I’ll be there later.” I mind linked him and watched as he knocked the wolf near Wesley out, picked Wesley up and left.  I took out the one coming after me and then another as the warriors helped with the others. We managed to capture 3 rouges to see if we can get answers out of them.  We made our way back to the packhouse.  Once we got closer, I went behind a tree and shifted back and changed into my close, the gash on my side still not healed. 

“Alarielle you need to go get that checked out” My father came from behind a tree.  “I’m fine it will heal.  I just need to shower get a bandage then go see if Wesley is okay.” I started walking up the stairs, when he smiled and asked “He’s your mate?”  I nodded and went into the packhouse and up to my room to shower and change and head to the pack hospital.  I got to the hospital and Jace was in the waiting room. 

“How is he?” I looked around for a nurse or doctor. “I haven't heard anything he is in room 113” He sat down in the chair and ran his hands through his hair.  I nodded and headed the room.  I stood at the closed door and took a deep breath and put my hand on handle and turned it. 

Wesley’s P.O.V 

I heard voices and beeping, but I couldn’t talk or open my eyes.  Where was I what happened? I heard the door open and the scent of Vanilla and Bubble Gum filled the room, I relaxed.   

“Ma’am you can’t be in here. Its family only” 

“I am your Alpha, and this is my mate.  I will go where I want when I want. 

Anakin: She’s feisty, I like it! 

Wesley: You know what me too.

I felt someone grab my hand and felt sparks run through my body.  I just wanted to squeeze it to let them know I was okay.
