I slapped him hard on his face. I don't want to do this but this is my only choice to escape from this hell. I'm selfish because I miss my family. I don't care if I am a hybrid and he is my mate. In my heart, I'm still a human and I shouldn't be with him. I saw in his eyes the shock and pain. I felt pain when I saw him wearing those expressions. I love him but I need to end my feelings for him. For the sake of my freedom, I will sacrifice my love for him. He was trying to come near him but I only just pushed him away from me.
