One Month Later
I walked into the kitchen and noticed the stack of banana pancakes set on the table on a giant serving plate. That's what I had smelled all morning. That delicious smell drove me crazy all morning while I had been getting ready. It was weird how strong the scent had been, considering I was not in wolf-form. Lately, things have been affecting me in the strangest ways. My sense of smell was unusually heightened, and I had random aches in my back and legs.
