Taina Reunites with 'Family'

Taina storms into the castle with a roar, "My plan is not working as I wanted it to. Tell me all the gods and goddesses are captured."  Evanora hung her head, "We have not been able to locate them all. Some of them are in hiding. We have four of them, though."  "You can't do anything right," Taina screamed. "Your sister should have let your mother kill you." Marge walked around the corner, "Who are you, and what are you talking about? Mother didn't want to kill her. She wanted me to do it, but I couldn't ever hurt her. Now I guess I am paying for that." "Why is she not locked away? I knew I should have found someone more dependable than you," Taina screeched. "Can you do anything right?" Layne laughed as she mocked them, "You know you shouldn't trust my aunts. Taina, you should only depend on me. You know I have followed through with every order you have given. I helped you even before you found Aunt Evanora. Auntie Marge here is just a waste of space. She can't be locked in any of the cages because she created them all. Aunt Evanora is also scared of her but refuses to tell you so." Evanora glared at Layne, "Why can't you just keep your mouth shut?" Taina laughed, "You are afraid of Marge? Why? Do you not know that you are stronger than her?" "What do you mean 'stronger than her'?" Marge cut in.  "You don't know what your sister truly is, do you, Margie darling?" Taina teased.  "She's part witch just like I am. I don't know enough about her father, though," Marge said, looking from Taina to Evanora then to Layne.  Taina giggled, "Everyone just assumed it was merely a weak human. The truth is he was so much more. That's part of the reason he experimented on Evanora. He wanted to see how much of himself was in his daughter. Evanora has only ever been able to tap into her witch side. I am going to train her how to tap into her vampire side." Taina waited for Marge's reaction, but when she didn't show any, Taina continued, "His mother was a human, and his father was a vampire. He kept that secret from her until the day that Eli was born. Eli tried to attack her, but they found other ways to feed his hunger. They gave him animal blood or blood that was donated to the hospital. Evanora has never had vampire hunger, so she doesn't know how to tap into those powers. So we are going to use Cassandra to feed her and see if she can get the goddess's moon powers." Marge just shook her head, "You think I should be surprised, but coming from you, I am not. I may not know who you are, but I feel that you are a great evil." "You know if I wanted to, I could read your mind," Taina spit out.  "No, you can't because I have felt you try. You aren't strong enough to break through the barrier of my mind to get into my thoughts, and that bothers you," Marge smiled.  Taina just turned and walked out as she mumbled something that no one was able to understand.  Evanora followed her out, "What is the plan now?" "You are going to free your vampire self. You are going to drink the blood of the Moon Goddess," Taine demanded.  "I don't think I can do that," Evanora turned her nose up. "The thought of drinking blood makes me sick to my stomach." Taina huffed, "You want to reach your full potential, right?" Evanora didn't say anything as she followed Taina down to Cassandra, Joy, and Victoria's room. When Taina opened the door, they were all sitting in chairs and smiling at her.  "Taina, darling cousin, how are you doing? I knew someone like you was behind all this. That stupid girl behind you has difficulty finding her feet, so I know this wasn't her plan," Victoria stated.  Cassandra smiled, "Oh, hello. My name is Cassandra, and I guess we are cousins too."  Taina shook her head, "Stupid Cassandra, I know who you are. Just because you don't remember it doesn't mean anything." Joy smiled, "I can't believe the fallen goddess is behind our k********g. What a joke!" "You think this is a joke? I am going to kill all of you," Taina laughed evilly. "You won't be expecting it. Cassandra is first." Cassandra smiled, "Oh, I know what is coming. You are going to feed my blood to Evanora so she can become her vampire self." Evanora's mouth dropped open as she struggled to ask, "Hooowww ddddooo yyyyoooouuuu know thaaaat?!" Victoria chuckled, "If we told you all our secrets, we wouldn't have any to use against you." "So, what if you know? It doesn't mean that you can stop us from doing so," Taina stated bitterly.  "That's fine. I will let her drink my blood. I don't need all of it anyway," Cassandra smiled.  Joy gasped, "Cassie, she wants all of it because she thinks she can become the Moon Goddess from drinking it. You can't let her have it."  "What are all of you playing at? This isn't a joke. I can only think of one person who could have told you all of this. Marge! Where is she hiding?" Taina screeched.  Victoria shook her head, "No, she didn't tell us anything. You told us everything. I just thought it would be fun if we were all on the same page."  Cassandra nodded, "So, we know that the two of us goddesses are in here. Marge is number three. We would love to know who the last god or goddess is that you managed to capture, Evanora." "That is none of your business! I don't know how you know all of this stuff if Marge didn't tell you. Technically, Marge isn't a goddess yet. So, she isn't counted," Taina growled back.  Evanora frowned, "Oh, if that is the case, then we only have three."  Taina snapped, "What do you mean? Which three do you have?" "Victoria, Cassandra, and Joy," Evanora all but whispered.  "You i***t, Joy isn't a goddess! She is a lowly guardian. I thought you understood the assignment. What am I going to do with you now?" Taina huffed as she stormed out of the room, leaving Evanora behind to lock the door.
