“What do you mean you can’t get me out?” I asked nervously.
“They can’t get you out because they can’t touch you,” a voice echoed throughout the room. “Those chains you have on are not only designed to keep you from using magic but they are also designed to keep others with magical powers to remove them from you.”
“Magical?” I asked. “I am not magical! I am a normal human being!” I yelled.
“Are you?” the voice asked.
“Who the hell are you to question who I am!” I snapped. “Let me out! This is kidnapping!”
“What a mouth you have on you little one,” the guys snickered.
“Don’t call me that!” I said at the same time as Alex told him not to call me that.
