We are alone, and not high school students anymore.” He said as his lips came down to brush mine again. Just then—as if the universe could hear my unsaid desperate plea, Sean’s phone rang. He groaned against my mouth then reached to silent it. “What if it is important,” I muttered, palm against his chest. He pulled back just slightly, jaw tightening in irritation.
