Ara and Ace knew each other ever since they were young. They were the best of friends.
They were so close back then at they were inseparable. They were told back then that they will make a good couple.
She tear up as she could still remember the promise they had before.
The promise that turns into nothing.
Ace even though was a kid told her that he would marry her when they get old enough so that he may protect her from anyone who would try to hurt her.
They promised that they would protect each other that no matter what no one would
ever separate them and they would grow old
together. They will be in each others arm in this lifetime.
They even had a symbol of their promise, and it was a ring, rings from Ace's parents who got separated when he was still very young.
The rings that she is holding unto until now.
He wanted to prove to his parents that not all relationship could end so fast just like the one they had.
They were very happy in those moments that no one would dare to take the happiness they had away from them.
