Her heart pounded so fast as her mother opened
their front door to reveal the boy she longed to
see. They greeted each other but just the feeling of a stranger to each other. She was trembling when they shool their hands and Ara was the first one who took back her hand because she still couldn't calm herself.
Ace was still a smiling boy, in his 17 years of
existence he still was the same. 10 years had
passed but Ara's feelings never did fade. She
couldn't help but smile upon watching the happy
boy in front of her and at that moment she was
able to calm herself.
An afternoon on the park's playground Ara went
to sit on the swing. She liked that place, it makes
her feel like everything is so serene. There were two swings there, 10 years ago it was
both occupied but now there was only one.
Ara closed her eyes and smiled.
She felt the calm and beautiful surroundings
while swinging swiftly until she heard something
beside her. She opened her eyes and was shocked to see him occupying again the other swing.
She couldn't believe her eyes, many times she had hoped before, that he would again occupy it and now it's happening. He was just smiling. He was still very talkative, he blabs about things to Ara like they were close.
Ara didn't know how to react, he felt so
comfortable talking to her. Ace admitted that Ara seemed so familiar he just
couldn't tell.
