Coming from the opulent suite she’d just been escorted out of, it was a harsh reminder of who she was and how tiny and insignificant in the grand scheme of things. Mira wiped the lipstick from her mouth and collapsed onto her mattress. She knew she shouldn’t have pissed Lucian off. Why couldn’t she have hidden her hatred of him and his kind?
