Never Ending Tunnel

I had gotten use to the beautiful view through the water bubble entrance and was disappointed when Aurora started talking about walking down the dark tunnel. It was really nice to relax after everything we had been through and even nicer to get showered,, sleep without any worries and have some of Auroras cooking when we all woke up.

We grabbed torches from the wall and prepared to take our new adventure into the unknown. My main thought was that I was hoping Aurora knew what she was doing, she had so far but sometimes her ideas scared me.

As we ventured down the tunnel we could only fit two at a time and decided to leave some space between each set so the fires we were carrying could reach every c***k and crevice to keep our imaginations from going wild and scaring us into running back to where we had entered.

The further we got the quieter it got and everytime someone made any noise at all it echoed throughout the hallway. At least that meant that we were truly alone in here because if we hadn't been I was sure that we would have heard something. Well.... unless the someone else was really good at staying extremely quiet.
