The quiet ceremony was held in the chapel of St. Xavier’s with Wesley giving me to Lillian and Lillian’s father giving her to me. We’d written our own ceremony so the question would be “Who stands beside this woman in support as she enters into this marriage?” We’d written our vows, too.
