CORA PHILLIPS There was blood everywhere the day I turned six. I know what you are thinking but no, it was not my fault. I did not do anything, neither did my disasters. Fortunately for me. It did ruin my dress though. Nothing happened to my mother since she went to the restroom during the time of the accident. A car from the main road had swerved into the parking lot of the restaurant we were celebrating my birthday, somehow it smashed through the window, hitting the couple that were having their dinner there, it was their blood I had all over me. I remember thinking, my dress was red now. Not a bad colour. As I calmly waited for my mother to return, greatly unbothered by the chaos the car had caused beside me. My mother had screamed her head off when she saw me drenched in blood. C
