I was sitting in my office trying to do some work. The investigation into Lilith's kidnapping had been taking it's toll. My father, and uncles could only do so much seeing as how they quite liked their retirement. They had never once complained about stepping in to help but if I could do anything to help take the load off of them I would. We had hit a stop in the investigation anyways. After Clarissa had come by to get whatever it was from my "marking" we hadn't heard from them. She said the liquid stuff she got from me was for a fail safe; though I didn't know for what. However the fact that she was putting it in the potion showed that we could trust her.
