Deception.

They can't still believe the King was right behind them all this time, how fast is he? The thought of Randall being this fast was on everybody's minds. Notwithstanding the royal guards should be the ones escorting the king from the gate to the palace also greeted by the Humanes at the town square, however Randall had another plan by coming before the date he mentioned he will be back all due to the fact that he misses 'Beth' and well his daughter and the Humanes in his kingdom also.

He and Lord Jared went on a journey for a purpose without an escort since a Divine Humane followed him no one tried persuading the King for more escort. Now the king is back to his kingdom but without his escort.

The amused King stared at everyone including Oshoshi who immediately, meeting the eyes of Randall, lowered his eyes in awe.

He looked at Beth,

“Is Lord Jared back?!” he asked, Beth bowed,

“No my King,”

“Okay. He told me he wanted to meet someone before we parted ways on the way back to the Kingdom, fortunately that was several weeks ago.” Randall said.

“I will ask the Divine Humanes on behalf of the King.” Beth urged as she bowed, Randal shook his head,

“No need.” He replied then he laughed, “He can take care of himself.”

He looked at Wren as he waved his hand,

“My Daughter, it's great to see you, how is my Princess doing, how is your training~?”

Wren immediately turned her face to the other side feeling embarrassed. Then he narrowed his eyes looking at Oshoshi and the small boy, he twisted the rings on his finger, “Were you the one they struck the bell for, I kind of heard it on my way back to the Kingdom,”

“Outside the kingdom, Is he that fast?!” the small boy subconsciously said it out for everyone in the court yard to hear, almost regretting, his eyes widened then lowered his head.

Randall smiled,

“Actually I came here as fast I could to see my Daughter and Bet— And who are you?” he said, stroking his newly growth beards thinking everyone will noticed his beards on his chin.

Oshoshi gathered some courage as he tends to look at Randall.

“King Randall. If I may ask, did you recognized this face?” he asked as he bowed then looked at Randall,

“Hmmmm. Your face. Your face… ? ” he said stroking his small beards on his chin. “Your face? Oh?! I remembered... I'm sorry I don’t remember.” He said.

Oshoshi gasped.

He actually don’t remembered beating the Hunters from the Forest Nymph Kingdom and I to pulp before he became the King, twenty years back! He thought, then he slightly smile.

“King Randall, We are from the Forest Nymph Kingdom—”

“Forest Nymph Kingdom?!” Randall asked then he looked at his Daughter as Wren lowered her face while rubbing her arm with her eyes slightly closed, Randall sighed then he turned to leave the courtyard.

“You two, follow me.”

“Yes—King!” Oshoshi said as he left with the small boy.

"Huh?! His Majesty, when did you arrive?!" The commander asked in shock while coming with few royal guards in blue cape also confused.

Randall smirked then raised his hand as he greets them.

I'm surprised, Oshoshi having great respect for the King of the Humanes is a little bit odd, he only respect someone stronger than himself; that's means The King is much stronger than I ever imagined. the small boy reasoned while he stares at the King.

After, they were gone. Beth gave out a sharp breath then glanced at Wren, about walking up to her, the princess suddenly, walked towards the exit.

“Am leaving.” She said in a low tone.

It won't be an easy decision for the princess of the Humanes although she'd accepted her fate but Beth felt otherwise. She hated someone being trapped in another person's dreams, not able to think or make decisions on their own as she was once that person.

Luna looked at Beth and nodded, meaning She should follow the princess no matter what, Luna nodded back and followed the Princess.

As Luna reached for Wren,

“My Princess, do you need any thing?” she asked while she followed her as they walked really fast.

"... ... " Wren said nothing while walking through the hallway.

They reached the door guarded by two Royal Guards in yellow cape where Randall, Oshoshi and the small boy were. Before entering, she was stopped by the two Royal Guards in yellow cape.

She widened her eyes.

“What is the meaning of this?!” she fumed.

The Royal Guards fretted a little.

“My princess—this is the King's order... he said not to let any body in.” One of the Royal Guards stammered.

Luna went to their front as she was more taller than both of them.

Both Royal Guards swallowed.

“Including the Princess of the Humanes?!” Luna asked.

The Royal Guards side looked at each other then raised their face to Luna.

“Y—yes including the—Princess.” they both stammered.

Luna sighed then turned to Wren.

“Truly the King doesn't want the Princess in his conservation. What should we do? My princess.” Luna asked with a bow, Wren bit her upper lip then took a sharp breath, turned and walked away.

The Royal Guards both sighed with relief.

“I don’t care, am going in!!” Wren disclosed, she sped in front of the two overwhelmed Royal Guards, touched their chest before they could react they body was completely frozen, immediately.

Luna eyes went round, Wren looked at her.

"My Princess... "

“Don’t worry, it won’t harm them, of course it wouldn’t take long before it melt.” She assured, Luna bowed.

“I know my Princess but that is not the reason why I was shocked, I was shocked that my Princess is more faster and stronger than before.”

The reason. She thought, “Since our encountered with the Seers, about my future I definitely got scared and at the same time excited that if I don’t get stronger how am I going to meet him?”

“Are you talking about the boy with stars on his body again, my Princess?” Luna asked,

Wren looked at her and smiled. “Let’s enter before the ice on them melt.” She commanded, opened the door and went in while Luna stayed behind looking at her from where she stood, Wren walked up to his Father and the two people from the Forest Nymph Kingdom.

Where they were seated, the small boy looked up and saw Wren walking closer to them, Randall stared at the small boy then turned his face.

His eyes were dilated.

“Daughter?! You are not to enter now.” He mused, Wren looked at his Father,

“Am sorry Father, but this meeting includes me.” She said then looked at Oshoshi on the other chair, seated near to the small boy.

“If I may ask where is he?”

“he?” Oshoshi asked.

Wren bit her lower lip.

“Don’t act like you don’t know. Your Prince, isn’t he here yet... ? For my hand in marriage.” She said staring into Oshoshi eyes.

Randall couldn’t say anything as he lowered his face to the ground, Wren looked at his Father. Why is Father not saying anything? She wondered, the small boy slowly and jerkily raised his arm up.

“Am. Am. The… one.” he said in a low tone. Wren blinked, she turned her face staring at the small boy. He looked at Wren also. “Am Dryad the Prince of the Forest Nymph Kingdom. Am here to venerably ask your hand in—”

“Wait a minute. You are the Prince? The Prince is the p*****t seating here?!” Wren interrupted.

Randall slightly raised his eyes as Dryad was suddenly, spooked by her words, Oshoshi looked at the King.

“My humble King, this is just a misunderstanding! I can… we can explain!” Oshoshi wobbly said.

"Hmm?"

Looking at everyone in the room. Randall had the biggest question mark on his head wondering what were they talking about.

Oshoshi cleared his voice.

“My humble King to be honest, we were never sent by the King, the Prince here wanted to see what the Princess looked like before the day of the conjugation. I mean marriage.” Oshoshi explained.

Randall sighed while stroking his beards, he looked at Dryad who was already sweating out of fear.

“Okay. I see. So Dryad.”

“Yes my… King!” He answered immediately, Randall nodded.

“What do you see?” Randall said talking about his daughter.

Dryad swallowed then looked at Wren beautiful tanned face as her green eyes shined so bright reflecting the fire on a touch attached to the wall near her.

“She is definitely beautiful just like the women from the Water Nymph Kingdom and strong just like her Father, the King of the Humanes.” He praised, then he squeezed his fist, curled his toes as he took a deep breath.

“I am here but to decline the agreement between the two Kingdoms!!” he yammered as he closed his eyes tightly.
