As more rays of light shined at the zone, Jared covered his bleeding right eye with his hand while in front of the wind barrier, "Grrr... Is this true? Don't tell me is true? I injured... Grrr... the Great Jared the Divine Humane?! Ha!" Aghogho laughed then his face contorted, "hey, are you even fighting me for real?! Grrr... Why go... Grrr... this far in keeping the girl as your own, again... Grrr?" So this is were the last one is, inside my wind barrier. Jared concentrated, glancing at the wind barrier. And the children being here limit my potency to go all out. He looked sharply at the remaining Expats surrounding him, some were standing at his front while the remaining on the branches of the huge trees above. Jared twisted his hands that same moment, the wind barrier dispatched showing Aghul holding Sniffia's neck tightly in the air and his tail around Peirce's also in the air, chocking both of them while staring at Jared with an evil eyes. Aghogho looked at Aghul then he laughed. “Grrr... Now that we have you surrounded.... Grrr... Will you just... Grrr... ” He thudded to Jared’s front, put his hand on his shoulder, “Give up.” Aghogho teased, Jared’s bent his head to the ground, dropped his hand from his right injured eye and smirked, “Actually. You fell into my snare.” Jared corrected. Aghogho raised his eyebrows. Did I? “Grrr... What?!” Aghogho questioned, suddenly, Jared jabbed Aghogho's stomach which stunned him causing him to vomit as he staggeringly fell down holding his stomach with his hands, everyone looked at Jared with blank surprise. Before Aghul could react Jared charged towards him, chopping off his tail and dismembered his hand that was choking Sniffia with his potency at one stroke. “AH! AH AH!” Aghul cried, before Peirce and Sniffia could reached the ground, Jared caught them and placed them on his shoulders. Everyone was shocked and a little bit sweaty by Jared's quick reactions, they couldn't follow is movements. “I don’t want to hurt your kind anymore than this. Please leave us alone.” Jared said, standing while Peirce and Sniffia were unconscious on his shoulders, he looked at Vanilla’s body on the floor then he narrowed his eyes, “How come?!” he thought, “her wounds. Is there any healer among the Expats? No.” he turned his left eye to Peirce unconscious body on his left shoulder while his other eye was closed and bloody with a cut from Aghogho's. Is he? he wondered. “Jared Airbrock!” Azra called, the Divine Humane rolled his eyes to the voice, “The stories were true. You leave up to your name!” Azra praised walking towards Jared, “You never answered his question properly and it baffled me. Why did you took her as your own?” Jared ignored the question. “Fine. We just need the girl. You know, She is the last of her kind and without her, meeting Alpha Obae, we will never gain back our life in the Beast Kingdom. This is my plead to let us take what we want and we will let you guys go. And for the little girl am terribly sorry for… ” Before he could finish his words he spotted Vanilla was without a wound and the blood around her were no where to be found. What just happened?! he thought then he looked at Sniffia. Is she the one? No it can’t be her kind are no healers. Maybe. Maybe the boy?! Looking at Peirce's unconscious body. “That, I can’t do. Azra! She is like a daughter to me!” Jared commented. “Grrr... Like a daughter? Don’t make me laugh... Grrr... If you really need a daughter so badly... Grrr... Go marry, instead of being paranoid... Grrr... Over a girl that is never yours to begin with... Grrr... Seriously Jared the Divine Humane, you really fall my hand!” Aghogho thundered as he staggered to stand up. “Grrr... We are Expats... Grrr... So we need the girl to buy ourselves in.” he grunted holding his stomach he looked at Aghul, “Grrr... your regeneration, is it still working?” Aghul slowly stood up holding his dismembered hand, “Yeah. Hopefully.” He said in a wheezy tone. Azra moved closer then slowly removed his furry cape. “It shouldn’t have come to this. Don’t make us fight each other because of a girl. She is ours not yours.” Azra pointed out, reaching were Aghogho and Aghul was, “Go heal yourselves.” He commanded, immediately, hearing that they put there legs together and put their fist on their left chest staggeringly then jumped to a nearby tree. After seeing that, Jared gently placed the teenagers on the floor closely under a huge tree, he looked up with a daring look. “If you touch just a single hair on their body. You will regret being an Expat!” He threatened, immediately, he said it terror overtook their faces above. Then he turned towards Vanilla’s body, gently carried her and placed her near Peirce. “Am so sorry.” He whispered. “Don’t touch them, unless I say so.” Azra commanded talking to his kind, “it is between Jared and I, let’s see how much you want the girl.” He said then his eyes glowed. With great speed they both rushed into each other fighting in hand to hand combat which got too fast for everyone to see clearly. “It nice seeing an Humane keeping up with our style of fighting!” Azra complimented while fighting, he threw a kick to Jared but he blocked it with his hand, “Thanks but I don’t need it.” Jared countered. If I were to fight my own kind with an elemental potency, it will be a total destruction, giving that we will go all out while using it. He thought then gave Azra a power ankle kick on his rib with a great force that gave out an echo, Azra took a step backwards and dusted it. "The wound on your right eye, sorry for that also." Azra said, zooming to Jared with a fist, Jared mirrored him doing the same as they fist met it created a sudden burst of shock wave repealing the wind around as the ground beneath them cratered. "I don't need your empathy." Jared said, after. - “You think Azra Miller would win?” one of the Expats asked his fellow kind on the tree as he dropped his arm from his face after the shock wave dissipated. “Why won’t he, he will surely find a way to win and I can’t wait to see him unleashing his beast mode," she expressed, “His beast mode?” he asked curiously, She turned her face in disgust, “You haven’t seen him in his beast mode?” he nodded, “then today is your lucky day, his Beast mode was once a contender to Alpha Obae, he may unleash it am sure of it because this Humane here is not just a Humane but a Divine humane.” All of a sudden, they both heard a creaking sound behind, following the sound they immediately turned their heads and sniffed. “No scent. You?” “I also. Nothing.” They both said. Meanwhile far behind them, Node and all the teenagers were stealthily hidden near the fallen huge tree's bushy branches. Node slowly and gently tied his queve around his head. “Thank goodness I gave everyone a scent neutralizer pills. This was meant for another hunt not this, now we may be the ones being hunted if we are not careful.” He swallowed, then he slowly scanned the whole place, “where are they? Sniffia.” “Youth leader? Youth leader?” a teenage girl said in a low tone, hiding near him, Node turned to her direction and nodded, “who are those people? Am scared, can we just go home?” she asked in a wobbly tone. Node flashed a quick smile. “We will be alright, the pills we took earlier neutralize every traces of us.” He maintained, he looked at the two people fighting from afar but it was too unclear from where they hid then an idea suddenly flashed in his head, he looked at the frightened teenaged girl near him, “Lola, did you have the duty bird with you?” he asked, Lola stared at Node for a while confused then her whole face lit up. “Yes. Yes, the duty bird.” She turned her bag which was full of holes, unzipped it and gently brought out a little red bird without making a sound, she looked at Node and nodded, he nodded back. “Send it back to the village. If we leave the little paper at the bird's feet blank that means help is needed urgently.” He expressed, Lola smiled then let go of the bird, the little red bird flew to the village direction swiftly in a graceful manner then without warning the little red bird was caught by one of the Expat which shocked the teenagers including Node hiding in the branches. “When did he… ?” He thought as he froze. “We are dead. We are so dead… We shouldn't have come here... This is not a good day to die!” Lola whispered holding her mouth with her hands, sweating profusely and trying to fight back her tears.
