The plan was for Tony to take out the guards surrounding the beach while I climbed to the roof, suspending myself with rope. That was the plan, but what I found out while hanging not three feet from what I hoped was Maria's window is, I'm deadly afraid of heights. I signaled for Tony to start throwing rocks at Maria's window. When I saw her silhouette from the window, my heart started to beat fast. I called her, reassuring her that everything was fine. I cut through her window and climbed through. God, she smelled heavenly when she crashed into my arms.
