She handed Larry his coffee, then hit the radio buttons one by one, not finding anything she liked. She turned the radio off. “Christ, this coffee tastes terrible!” Larry said. “How could you forget that I like it with cream and sugar?” “Sorry. I have a lot on my mind tonight.” She took a sip of hers and it did indeed taste terrible. “Guess I could’ve used a little cream or something in mine too. It tastes burnt.” “So, was he there?” Larry wanted to know. “Yeah, and his hair’s blond all right and he’s got glasses like Buddy Holly used to wear.
