When we got back to the cabin I was still in shock from how much we ended up getting, let alone how much we spent on it. I really did enjoy hanging out with the girls. Even though the guys were there they weren't too interactive with us other than handing over their cards and holding our bags.
The car slowly pulled up to the house as I was laughing at something that was said. All thoughts were cut short as I looked up and saw that Ash was standing on the front porch waiting for us. I thought he wasn't supposed to be here till tomorrow morning? I started to panic, what if he was upset that I spent too much what if he was here to yell at me?
I wrung my hands together nervously as everyone began getting out of the car. I slowly exited and waited for Ash to meet me by the car. As he reached me he smiled and looked words the trunk of the car where the others were pulling out bags after bags.
"Most of those are yours, correct?" He asked very calmly.
I couldn't bear to look at him and just nodded my head at him while looking at my feet.
"Good. I'm glad you got out and had fun."
I was startled by his words and looked up at him.
"You're not mad?"
"Why would I be, I told you to spend a lot I didn't care how much as long as you got whatever you wanted."
I smiled shyly at him and turned and slowly started walking to the house. I guess he really isn't as bad as I thought.
